"Propreté, fonctionnalité de l’appartement, ameublement en très bonne état"

"L'appartement est bien agencé et propre, tout semble neuf ou récemment rénové. Très bon hébergement pour le prix."

"L'emplacement reste assez à l'écart des transports en commun, un bus permet de rejoindre la ligne 5 de l'autre côté du pont "La folie Jean Jaurès". Cela ne m'a pas gêné mais les métros passent à proximité et les vibrations peuvent se sentir depuis l'appartement jusque tard le soir."
