"this is lovely location if you want scenery and countryside. your door opens right onto the canal. Beautiful on a sunny morning . they could charge more for a beautiful location .building old so don’t expect a modern room but clean"

"Une maison de charme, dans un beau cadre au bord du canal, au calme. Bon petit-déjeuner. Proximité de Flavigny, village magnifique chargé d'histoire."

"Il n'y a pas de prise courant dans la salle eau ou elle est bien cachée. Le lavabo n'était pas propre à notre arrivée ainsi que l'étagère au dessus."

"Our hosts Sandra and Guilleme could not have been more personable, helpful or accommodating. They are rightly very proud of the wonderful home they have created and take pride at all times in providing information and suggestions which made our visit even more memorable. Breakfasts included home made produce each day and their restaurant recommendations were excellent in particular L'Escale!!"

"We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The courtyard was peaceful and charming, and the jacuzzi was an absolute highlight, perfectly maintained by the hosts daily, always warm and spotless. The house itself is cozy, modern, and very well decorated, equipped with everything you could possibly need, even for a long stay. Its location is ideal for wine enthusiasts and explorers alike, with easy access to vineyard tours and nearby cities. We appreciated being able to reach places like Nevers and Paris via public transportation, starting from the train station in Cercy-la-Tour. The hosts were exceptional, warm, friendly, and incredibly thoughtful. They even provided us with an outdoor refrigerator for convenience and made sure everything, especially the jacuzzi, was always in perfect condition. Parking was available right by the house, adding to the comfort of our stay."

"A classic rural gite, once a working farm building so it was full of character. Very well placed for access across the Bergerac region, with quick and direct access to the city yet snuggled away in the countryside. The gardens were extensive and safe and while the swimming pool perfectly placed and available, the water temperature at the time and the changeable weather meant no toes were dipped in the waters."
