"Even though we didn't interact personally with the staff, we had a great experience. We have received all the needed information for the check-in and they have replied kindly to our questions. In the tiny studio, there is everything necessary (maybe some olive oil or similar can be useful). The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, pans, casseroles and tools. We have not drunk coffee but I think there is also a special coffee machine. The heating system worked well. The location is extremely central in the old town. The area is quiet and we slept well in the bunk bed."

"We loved everything: excellent location, close to public transport, surrounded by different options to eat, yet quiet sleep. Large swimming pool and sauna and steam room are excellent, even the shower in the steam room had different option like like forest shower or waterfall. Swimming pool and facilities are available all day long, no need to prebook, open for kids from 7 am to 9:4 pm. Amazing breakfast, quality food, lots of fruit, salmon.. one can even boil its own eggs :)! Rooms are equipped with coffee, tea, good quality shower gel, shampoo and lotion."
