"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was impeccably clean, incredibly cozy, and full of charming details that showed the care and thoughtfulness of the owners – even though we didn’t get the chance to meet them in person. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of Blanquette de Limoux, which was such a lovely surprise, and I absolutely loved the décor. We stayed for three nights in early July while exploring the area, and it was the perfect base. We will definitely be coming back!"

"These comments relate to how easy it was to get keys and into property:- Hosts failed to respond to emails. No one at property to meet us. Calls to Booking.com not answered. Just before searching for a hotel managed to finally got hold of property owner who said we had to travel to them to collect keys (no mention of this on any paperwork from booking.com).
We liked the property, we liked the location, we liked the equipment But....! Booking.com need to get their act together on key collection procedure. Also your Customer Service was non existant in "our hour of need" when we needed you most"
"Everything about this apartment absolutely met our needs and more. It was a cosy little home for us and everything was within walking distance. We would love to come back next time we are in Paris. The only negative issue was that it was uncancellable and with a large family and lots of grandchildren it is sometimes a worry that we might suddenly be needed."

"This place far exceeded our expectations! Really conveniently located, great to see both sides of the Volcanoes natural park. The room was really clean, pretty and cosy, with some well thought and appreciated additions, like free cocoa <3 I LOVED the shower! Both the inlcuded breakfast and the dinner we ordered were super tasty, served beautifully and in large portions, and with great vegetarian options! Last but not least, the owners are super kind, very pleasant and extremely welcoming. Thank you!!"
