"Very noisy as it is in front of main road, noisy neighbours as well. But not flat's fault. Nothing you can't fix with earplugs! I would stay there again if visited Paris."

"Vynikající ubytování v prostorném apartmá (pro Paříž v rozumné cenové relaci dosti výjimečné) na výborném místě Paříže (oblast Belleville, mezi Place de la République a hřbitovem Père Lachaise) u stanice metra (linky 2 a 11), velmi dobře dostupné z letiště CDG. Byt má velkou kuchyň a dvě velké ložnice, plus koupelnu. Vše je zcela nové a superčisté. Předání klíčů bylo hladké (přes nedaleký krámek a ev. box na zdi mimo pracovní dobu, paní nám šla i byt ukázat). Při odjezdu (check-out je v 11 hod) jsme si mohli nechat kufry v krámku až do večerního odletu (velká pomoc!). Hned u paty domu je výborné pekařství, nedaleko jsou malé supermarkety a milé restaurace. Přímo před okny v aleji se koná potravinářský trh, malebné jsou zejména stánky s rybami a jinými živočichy všeho druhu, i živými. Všem doporučuji!"

"Gute zentrale Lage in der Nähe der Metro, Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés. Breiter Straßenverlauf mit Bäumen. Bushaltestelle gleich da. Vom Bahnhof gut zu erreichen. Auch die anderen Attraktionen sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sauber,das Bad etwas klein, ein 2. Spiegel wäre schön. Sitzmöglichkeiten begrenzt aber OK."

"Die Metro bringt das Haus zum Wanken. Daran kann man sich gewöhnen, aber vor und in der Nähe des Hauses stehen zahlreiche Prostituierte. Es ist ein wenig ein chinesisches Viertel, was sich an den Geschäften zeigt."

"Appartamento pulito, in ottime condizioni, dotato di tutti gli accessori. Nonostante sia sul boulevard è ben insonorizzato. Siamo arrivati con tre ore di anticipo e nonostante ciò in poco più di 45 minuti ci hanno consegnato le chiavi. La metro è a 100 metri con due linee. Di fianco al portone c' è una pasticceria forno artigianale dove potevamo comprare tutte le mattine baguette e paste buonissime. Anche per il check out nessun problema, siamo partiti molto presto, ci hanno detto semplicemente di lasciare le chiavi sul tavolo."

"Il quartiere dove è situato non è dei migliori. nella zona ci sono tantissimi negozi, market e ristoranti di varie etnie. Per mangiare tipico francese conviene prendere una delle due metro lì vicino e percorrere qualche fermata ( si tratta di non più di 10 minuti)."
