"Fantastic location, right in the heart of everything , but down a quiet side street. Although we didnt cook in the apartment as there were so many options to eat out very close by, the kitchen was really well equipped with everything you would need . Plenty of fresh towels and extra bed linen if needed . The downstairs was in much better shape than the bedrooms."

"The bedrooms were very poorly lit and the decor upstairs could to with a serious upgrade , there were some minor things that could easily be repaired. The winding stairs would be very difficult for anyone with any sort of mobility issue and would not be recommended for any family with young children."

"The location is perfect for exploring central Paris nearest metro is Rambateau at the end of the road with Hôtel de Ville a 10 minute walk. Plenty of local shops for supplies."

"Convenient location in Le Marais. Located on a tiny back alley, but just around the corner from the metro and numerous cafes, boulangeries, etc. (Chez Muniere was our favorite!) The apartment was spacious and would be terrific for a family or group of friends. Plusses: a pretty view of a courtyard out back and a jacuzzi bathtub in addition to the regular shower."

"NOT FOR TALL PEOPLE. There's a beam across the main space upstairs that is about 5 feet 11 inches (180ish cm) requiring the two people in our party who were 6'1 to duck constantly. Similarly the spiral staircase requires ducking for anyone over 5'9 or so. All of us clonked our heads multiple times during our stay, which is no fun. There was what appeared to be some mold and a bad smell in the shower. I hope they will address that. The spiral staircase is as pictured - narrow and winding -- so be sure you are prepared to deal with that if you want to stay here. The bathroom and both bedrooms are upstairs so you will need to go up and down frequently. We didn't mind much except for the short ceiling requiring ducking while navigating the narrow stairs, but for anyone elderly, very large, or with any physical mobility issues, this would not be a great match. There are two couches that fold out into beds. As beds, they are what you'd expect in terms of comfort from fold-out beds, but they were surprisingly awful as couches. I would really advise them to replace them. We ended up spending most of our "hang out" time in the dining area instead of the living room due to lack of comfortable seating. (But then...you're in Paris, so you probably won't be spending a lot of time watching movies.) The detergent dispenser door on the dishwasher is broken making it pretty useless as a dishwasher, but we didn't use a lot of dishes so it didn't affect us much."
