"The apartment is in the heart of Nice a few steps from the magnificent central hotel square and parks. It is bright and clean with good appliances and kitchen ware. The balcony is a good size and well furnished. It is on the fifth floor and there is an elevator large enough for three people"

"For a party of three the layout is odd. It consists of two one room apartments with kitchenettes and bathrooms in each. Some rearranging of furniture was needed at mealtimes. There is no washing machine but at least we had two dishwashers!"

"The property is located in the centrum, a few minutes walk from the beach, easy access to various beach restaurants. Received door key on my mobile. Good description to easily find the property. We arrived two hours earlier, and could get into the apartment. Recently refurbished apartment on the top floor with small terrace and view. Nice clean bathroom, well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our short stay."

"We loved our stay at this centrally-located apartment in Nice. It is newly renovated with a high end finishings, and everything is sparkling clean! The bed was super comfortable for a good night’s rest. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The shower was very spacious with good water pressure. All the main attractions (the market, beaches, parks, views points) were within a short walking distance. The parking (for extra €45) was just outside the entrance door to the apartment. Thank you Snejana for the pleasant and prompt communication and clear instructions for the checking in and checking out procedures."

"I must say this one of the very rare accomodation that looks better then on the pictures.This studio is on the 5th floor with lift.It is done in retro style,it is newly renovated and has a small balkony enough for two people.Everything is very high quality to the smallest thing with style.Studio is extremly clean.Location is great...4-5 minutes to the beach and old town.One sugestion...if you visiting during season book parking before your arrival. I can only say to our lovely host Snejana...thank you!"

"Great location, close to transportation, restaurants, seaside, and shopping. Just a few minutes walk to old town. Beautifully furnished, decorated and well designed apartment that has two separate suites within one entrance which is great for family and friends. Fully equipped kitchen in both suites. Ksenia was super attentive and friendly. She was responsive and helpful from the minute of booking until we checked out, made our stay enjoyable and pleasant! Will definitely come back if visiting Nice again!"
