"The location was good, with supermarkets around, easy access to public transport and the central part of Nice."
"1. The strong smell of cigarettes in the room and bedding were impregnated with the smell. It was hard to sleep. 2. Lots of noise coming from an air outlet inside the bathroom. Making it even more unpleasant to sleep a restful sleep."
"Super easy to get access. David is lovely and i texted him something about the vent in the toilet and he immediately came to check. The apartment is comfy and you have coffee pods to use (great perk). Other perks: - proximity with the Promenade des Anglais (literally few minutes walking) - Lidl literally around the corner - Carrefour a couple of streets away"
"There is a vent in the toilet and kitchen. It is not super noisy but it is... always there - David gave a couple of tricks on how to "lower the volume of the noise", yet.. it is a constant noise."
"David was a very helpful host, who was easy to contact, it is a good location nearby to the beach and local supermarkets, would recommend and stay here again if I have any future visits"

"Our stay at the property was satisfactory and the apartment matched the photos provided. Although compact, the apartment is equipped with all the essentials. We particularly appreciated the ample storage space in the bathroom during the rainy weekend, as it facilitated drying. An additional power strip would have been useful, yet it wasn’t a significant issue due to the ample number of outlets available. We were very pleased with the host, David, who was prompt in his responses and very accommodating. Once again, THANK YOU!:-) The neighbourhood surrounding the apartment was quiet at night; the location is conveniently accessible from the airport via tram. Handing over the keys with no problem. We would recommend this place."

"가장 중요한것은 무엇보다 호스트의 배려라고 생각한다. 이번 여정의 마지막에 기차운행의 문제점으로 하루 종일 걸려 니스에 도착! 호스트 데이비드가 트램 정류장으로 마중 나왔다. 여행 중 누가 나를 위해 이런 친절함을 베풀 수 있을까! 더구나 함께 아파트까지 가서 모든 시설 안내와 점검 등을 해주었다! 정말 힘든 마지막 여정을 무사히 끝낼 수 있게 해준 호스트 데이비드에게 감사하다! 잊지 못할 친절과 배려다!!"
