"Our host Muriel was so lovely. We stayed in the rooms within her home with our children in a separate room down the hall to us. Muriel's home is absolutely beautiful and we were made to feel so welcome. Breakfast was very nice freshly squeezed juice, chocolate milk for the children, breads and pastries, with my family declaring the croissants the best they've ever had! As other reviews have mentioned, the main bathroom is downstairs, this was not an issue for us. There was an upstairs toilet for night time. Perfectly located for getting to Basel which is about half an hour away, and free, off-road parking. The most beautiful surroundings, sorry we couldn't stay longer!"

"The owners were so lovely and welcoming! The room was like staying in your good friend’s guest room, we felt right at home. Breakfast was really good and fresh. The hostess recommended a really good restaurant for dinner that was very good value for money."

"We had a private bathroom which was modern, big and very well equipped with a great shower. Downside was that it was on the ground floor while our bedroom was upstairs. Not a big problem, though."

"The room was located on the first floor of a private wooden house that a family with two grown-up children lived in. The landlords were exceptionally friendly, open and hospitable. We felt like visiting some old friends. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, including boiled eggs, freshly baked croissants, homemade yoghurt and jams. Since there were two huskies in the house, it was much fun for our daughter to play with them both inside and outside. In case we will travel again to the Alsace region, we will try to come back for a stay."
