"Amazing location. Very quiet with cafes nearby. The host was extremely helpful but respected our privacy. Lots of nice touches like the goodies he left us to eat. We had a sweet little private garden."

"Adorable 'one up, one down' cottage in beautiful, historic village. Roddy is an exceptional host - greeting us with a warm welcome and plenty of advice about local restaurants and attractions - as well as providing bicycles; and BBQ charcoal and wood for the firepit."

"We loved the cottage and its classic French rustic character; if you expect everything to be state-of-the-art modern... this is not the cottage for you. Also worth noting that the monestery bells chime early in the morning which may affect you if you are a light sleeper / late riser."

"Een heerlijke stille locatie op het platteland. Daarnaast een mooie locatie om als uitvalsbasis te dienen voor het oostelijke deel van Normandië. Prima voorzieningen, zoals een lekkere douche. Je kon heerlijk buiten eten aan een tafel onder een grote overkapping. Uitzicht op een paardenbak en weilanden. En er stond een vuurschaal om wat hout te branden in de avond. Waar vindt je dat nog tegenwoordig? Parkeren naast het huisje achter het hek. Tot slot, de eigenaren zijn echt super aardig."

"Bij het huisje niet heel veel, hoewel een vaatwasmachine wel handig zou zijn, haha. Maar ook niet meer dan dat. Met de hand de vaat doen gaat ook goed. Voor ons met een auto maakte het niet zoveel uit, maar je moet wel een stukje rijden voor winkels en restaurants."

"Velmi milá paní domácí i její manžel. Oba moc milí a ochotní se vším pomoci. Vše potřebné jako utěrky, ručníky,, šampon, mýdlo, papírové utěrky, cukr a čaj bylo k dispozici. Apartmán je dostatečně vybavený , zařízený z bývalé stáje, vkusné, čisté. Záchod dohromady s koupelnou, malý obývaček s televizí, plnohodnotná ložnice s pohodlnou postelí. Druhý, velmi malý pokojík určený pro děti, kde byl jen dvě lůžka s tvrdou a nepohodlnou matrací. K dyspozici je zahrada, dá se jíst nebo grilovat venku. Jinak krásné klidné městečko s krásným opatstvím a originální kavárničkou - zmrzlinárnou."

"Tvrdé a nepohodlné matrace v menším pokojíku. Trochu suchý vzduch, asi proto, že jde o starší stavbu a místnosti jsou bělené vápnem kvůli pohlcení vlhkosti. Jinak vše ok."

"Super vriendelijke mensen . We voelden.ons meet dan welkom. Onze hond was ook meer dan welkom . Ideaal voor onze hond . Hij kon er vrij rondlopen . Het domein is volledig afgesloten . Het appartement is zeer ruim . Je hebt er alles in de buurt . Hele mooie omgeving ."

"Maisonnette charmante, jardin avec vue sur l'abbaye. Un petit cours d'eau au pied de la maison et une magnifique vue sur la campagne font de cet endroit un lieu de repos. Roddy est "aux petits soins" avec ses hôtes. Deuxième passage dans ses gîtes, Nous reviendrons encore avec plaisir"

"L’accueil a été très chaleureux. Les propriétaires sont charmants et aux petits soins. Le lieu est très beau, calme et les chiens sont les bienvenus. Il est possible de manger en extérieur comme en intérieur."
