"The building and car park was secured and safe. It was approx 15 mins walk for the main old town part of Rouen which was fine for us, and easy to do. It was a good sized apartment with plenty of living space for our group of 6 adults, 3 couples. And having two bathrooms with the two toilets also separate was a good set up. Kitchen has everything needed. The owner was very communicative and gave all details needed, and also allowed us a slightly earlier check in. Very helpful communications."

"The location was amazing being so close to the beach its perfect for a beach holiday. The room was clean and suprising cozy, especially at night. Virgine, the host was amazing, they constantly checked up on you via messages, and would ensure you were comfortable at all times."

"Sehr netter Vermieter, der sogar Deutsch sprach! Insgesamt gute Kommunikation. Gute Lage in der Anlage, dicht beim Parkplatz und kurzer Weg zum Pool. Gute Ausstattung der Küche (genug Töpfe, Pfannen, Teller, Gläser und Besteck, verschiedene Geräte wie Mixer und Pürierstab etc). Tischwäsche, Handtuch und Geschirrtücher sowie Reinigungsmittel vorhanden. Neuer Sonnenschirm für draußen. Betten schon bezogen, sehr kindgerecht, vielen Dank! Lage der Residenz: Man muss sich im klaren sein, dass man 20 Minuten bis zum Strand fährt (Richtung Vendres gibt es kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten). Dafür ist man in der Nähe von Colombier, dem Oppidum d'Enserunne und der wirklich sehenswerten Stadt Béziers. Ein großer Lidl befindet sich in der Route Capestang, wesentlich angenehmer als an der Küste in Serignan."

"Just had the perfect stay in this apartment with my three children, we used this apartment as a base for our Disneyland Paris trip, the apartment was easy to locate and we were given simple instructions for self check in, the apartment was clean and well equipped, on Google maps it said it was a 30min walk too and from Disneyland but we done it in 20min (but we do walk fast) the host was very responsive to any emails sent and also very welcoming. Would definitely book again and will be recommending."
