"Huge kitchen and living space with everything you could possibly need. Couldn’t be better located to explore the fantastic town of Saintes. Janet and Phil were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Really felt like a home from home."

"Very large comfortable cool apartment with 2 en-suite bedrooms, with all facilities, in beautifully restored old building, in quiet street, 100m from Roman triumphal arch on river bank. Apartment on second floor up 2 flights of stairs, but kind hosts carried our luggage on arrival and departure. Lovely hosts could not have done more to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. No air-con, but 2 very efficient fans meant it was no problem, in spite of 38 C temperature outside on some days. Small private dining area in shaded courtyard was a bonus. Frequent bus service "A" to/from railway station from nearby stops."

"La ubicacion es fantastica, una antigua fabrica rehabilitada, al lado del rio y del arco. El alojamiento es mas grande que en las fotos y sirve de base para hacer muchas excursiones. Ideal para familias. Fantasticos anfitriones."

"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre sejour. Les proritaires sont accueillants. Saintes et ses alentours sont magnifiques avec des sites remarquables et beaucoup de monuments historiques. Nous avons passés un agréable séjour avec nos adolescents et nous sommes content d'avoir choisi cet appartement qui a comblé toutes nos attentes ! Nous le recommandons à toute personne souhaitant séjourner à Saintes !"
