"Valérie's hospitality and communication were both excellent. The accommodation is in a lovely setting and was very comfortable with a really nice breakfast. Thoughtful touches such as the torch in the bedside table and a plethora of games were much appreciated. For us it was a really convenient place from which to explore Annecy (our first time) and I'm sure we'll be back."

"There is noise from the rooms above when people are walking up and down the stairs or in their apartment. Also be aware there are no restaurants or cafes close by."

"Fabulous place! The room was lovely with a fantastic balcony where we could eat and sit in the evening. The shared kitchen was a nice place with everything you would need. Breakfast was amazing! We sat outside the kitchen area in a fabulous garden, the lovely lady prepared a delicious breakfast, fresh produce and just left us to enjoy the moment. Parking was secure and perfect"

"There were 35 steps to our top floor room. To get to our ensuite bathroom during the night we had to negotiate 24 steps. However, we felt it was worth it and it was good exercise! There was a continuous noise from a main road which eventually we got used to."

"Small B&B with just three couples. Excellent breakfast and able to make a drink in the Breakfast room. Lovely gardens available for use weather permitting. Valerie was a very pleasant host."

"We were on a room in the newly converted attic. The stairs were a lovely pine but I think they could do with the edges marked as it was difficult to see the steps especially going down. A bit out of the way, nothing on the village for evening/lunch meals etc"
