"The location is excellent—close to many key sites, yet quiet at night. The room is spacious, with strong water pressure and effective heating in both the room and bathroom."
"Knowing that we were going to stay for 2 days. They could've given us one nespresso coffee pod per day instead of just one for the entire stay. Just a small detail. Other than that, everything was great!"
"The location is fantastic, in an alley next to the police station which makes you feel really safe traveling. Easy access to the tram and bus to/from Bordeaux main station. The room is spacious and comfortable."
"There is no airconditioner/fan in the bedroom which you may find too hot during hot weather. Yet, the host is friendly and helpful, she tried to arrange a fan in the earliest convenience."

"Very comfortable apartment in a very accessible location by foot and public transport. Very good size for a Parisian apartment. Touristic highlights easily reachable. Host communicative and available to answer questions and clarifications. Highly recommend."

"Upon arriving we had many questions, like why only 1 review is posted, why the building looks so strange, why the area is deserted, is it a safe area, is it easy to get into town, etc. But the worries were in vain. It is a really nice apartment, the area is very calm in summer because many students live there, everywhere is very clean and green! The apartment is renovated and the owners really care about it. We had much comfort in having 3 bedrooms, parking and kitchen fully equipped. It is very easy to get into town by public transport. Please stay there if you want to visit Rouen. I recommend this apartment!"

Michele und Jean-Pierre sind die wundervollsten Gastgeber, die wir auf unseren vielen Reisen kennen gelernt haben. Sie gaben uns Tipps für Ausflüge, Weintrauben und Äpfel aus dem Garten und eine Einladung zum selbst zubereiteten Abendessen. Was aber noch viel mehr zählt…ihre Freundschaft! Vielen vielen Dank !!!"
