"Sandrine and Jean were perfect hosts Nothing was to much for them.... They have a gorgeous place even in winter. The bedroom was spacious and clean."

"Property is in a great location for my office. The property is gated and felt very secure for my car. The hosts, Sandrine & Jean were super hosts. I was able to have my laundry done as I needed after a week on the road. Breakfast was good. Not far from Beziers centre. I look forward to a stay in the warmer months to use the pool. Pool was open when I stayed."

"The hosts are great people. Everything was wonderful. The place is quiet and peaceful. There is also a wonderful pool, which our daughter did not leave. The breakfast is perfect. We recommend this place. We will definitely come back again :)"

"A lovely place run by a wonderful couple. They have put their heart into it and after a rocky start during covid they really have a lovely place. We will definitely be back and next time for more nights so we can enjoy our stay more."

"What a fantastic property and hosts! Jean and Sandrine were amazing. Nothing was too hard for them as they provided advice on where to visit, bike rides or whatever. We loved having dinner with them and other guests and the cooking from Sandrine was just wonderful - topped up by the wine that Jean’s co-operative makes. The swimming pool was a wonderful retreat on a hot summer day also!! Breakfast was also lovely."

"Perfect night stopover on way to Spain. After long day driving it was great not to go out to find food. Recommend eating with the hosts who are very hospitable and Sabine is a great cook. 25 euros plus 10 euros for wine taster. Very friendly and you get to meet other guests. Would work equally well as a base for a few days. Recently and tastefully refurbished."

"L'accueil , la convivialité, le partage , la gentillesse et la disponibilité des hôtes. Très bon repas préparé par notre hôtesse . La maison propose des produits locaux et nous informe des nombreuses activités dans la région . Nous avons été surclassé , la literie était très confortable , lit de 1m80 ,la propreté de la chambre est a souligner . La maison dispose d'un grand parking fermé par une grille . Les photos correspondent au lieu ."

"Clean, quiet and safe. Wonderful hosts. A chalet with all you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Kitchenette with hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge. Lounge/dining area with sofa and table and four chairs. Bright and clean good sized shower room with a good double headed shower with gel. Plenty of hot water. Big sink with drawers under. Big mirror all very clean. Towels and toilet. Bedroom is big enough with a good bed. Good clean bedding. Tele and chest of drawers. Bedside cabinets with lamps. Heating. Outside is a private patio garden. Parking and a big pool. The hosts were kind enough to provide me with food to make an evening meal and breakfast!"
"We had a very friendly welcome, the gîte is well equipped, dog friendly and it has fields close by where we could walk the dogs."

"The Moulin du Bateau oozes with charm and soul, in a quiet valley with a river running next to it. Ibrahim and Virginie are super hosts, I had the pleasure of sharing the Table d’hôtes (evening dinner) and enjoyed Ibrahim’s cooking - his breakfast is straight-A as well by the way! Rooms are spacious and provide all that’s necessary: a comfy bed, a warm shower/bath and the wifi’s great. I wish I could have stayed longer - definitely a place I’ll return to next time I’m in the area. I recommend wholeheartedly!"

"Spacious apartment with a fantastic view out over the port. Right next to a small white sandy beach. Good wifi and entertainment system (large TV with all the apps). Well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of space. Proximity to restaurants, the bus stop and walking trails along the cliffs. We go to France often and this is probably the best place we've stayed at so far."
