"Well organized check in and check out. The owner responded fast to all my questions and requests. The Wellness area is quiet and relaxing. The room was equipped with all necessary items, the bed was very comfortable."

"I thought that overall this was a very good apartment and very good value for money. The location is superb - right in the centre of the town. I wanted to visit a historic French town with character while en route to somewhere else, and I thought Colmar was charming and the flat was within easy walking distance of the main attractions. I liked the facilities."
"Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong code to the key box, and it is a kind of padlock thing, and you are not sure that the alignment is correct, so you are fumbling about for quite a while and have to keep stepping back to get the light in the corridor to switch on. I arrived a bit later than expected and it was out of hours. I called them and had an answer phone. I then emailed them, and got a reply in 10 minutes with the correct code. I think they were concerned about it. I did have to do some work while stopping over and the high chairs were not appropriate and uncomfortable. I think this is a problem right across the board with accommodation and it could be a general improvement to include at least one chair and workspace where someone who cannot leave his/her work behind, can work, even for longish hours. The apartment is on the second floor without a lift - not a problem for me, but something for other guests."
"Well equipped. Nice coffee machine, tea maker, cooking devices, etc. Good shower. Air-conditioner is quiet and efficient. Staff response quickly."

"A very comfortable apartment, with air con and excellent location. It’s a place you’d actually want to cook in. Has a great coffee machine too. The bed is comfortable. A short walk into Colmar. There’s free parking at Aquillia swimming pool."
"More soap needed adding into the dispensers. Perhaps another comfy chair would be good as the bar stools are a little uncomfortable after a while."
