"A good hotel especially for those in transit. Located near the city's central bus station, it has easy connections to the airport, other cities, or the rest of Turku. The area is not very touristy, but it is easy to reach the tourist attractions by bus or even on foot. I stayed there twice, once in a double room, once in a single room. Both rooms were very clean. The bathrooms were also very clean, with underfloor heating. In both rooms there was a small fridge and TV (useless channels, luckily it had YouTube, I listened to music; anyway, it's not important to me). The temperature in the room does not rise above 22 degrees (OK for me) although the thermostat accepts 23.5. Very good Wi-Fi. Breakfast, included in the price, good and diverse."

"I didn't like that they don't have a 24-hour reception. If you arrive after 8:00 PM, you have to pick up the key at a gas station across the street, about 250m away. Not a pleasant thing when it's raining and cold."

"Well-located hotel - in front of the bus terminal. Rooms are big and comfortable. The internet is good and stable, and there is a desk where you can work. The staff is very kind and helpful. There is a supermarket very close by. The breakfast was also good, with fresh fruit."

"The location is incredibly convenient, situated right next to the bus station, making arrivals and departures seamless. For travelers, getting to and from the airport is easy, with the bus journey taking roughly 20 minutes. Furthermore, the city center is just a pleasant 5 to 10-minute walk away. We were highly impressed by the staff's exceptional friendliness. They were kind enough to prepare a breakfast-to-go for us on the morning of our early departure, as we had to leave before the standard 7 AM start time—a lovely gesture that made a big difference. They also offer complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day. Our room was spotless and surprisingly quiet, despite the hotel's proximity to the busy bus station. A small detail that added a lot of comfort was the heated bathroom floor, which was a fantastic touch. Highly recommended! P.S. Thank you for the X-mas cookies !!!"

"Very clean and well located hotel with a good breakfast. Short walk to the city Center. Although near the bus station, there was no noise. The lady in the reception was very friendly. Although the hotel did not have a car park it was easy to find one from the city’s parking lot on front of the hotel."

"I enjoyed this hotel, it was clean, quiet, affordable and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the cafe attractive. The room is a bit small but was fine for me. I loved the heated floors in the bathroom! And the woman at reception was SO helpful, as I needed to see a doctor and she went out of her way to help me. Excellent customer service!"

"Solid standard that doesn't go down. Everything was very clean - room, bathroom, towels, sheets & covers, the halls. The bathrooms have heated floor panels which means no humidity or water lingering in the crevices and definitely no mold (which unfortunately sometimes happens in hotels). Great breakfast included in the price of the room and free, very good coffee from the vending machine. The rooms are incredibly silent, you won't hear the people who are in the room next to yours or the noise from the street (and that's despite the fact that the hotel is located by one of the main streets of Turku center). Very convenient location - right next to the bus station, within walking distance from the Turku market square. There are at least two Hesburgers in the vicinity as well as R-Kioski and some markets which is very convenient if you need something late in the evening."
