"Balcony looking over the lake, room was clean, there is a mosquito net, very nice personnel - guy at the reception borrowed me his charger, it is really center based"

"I could not switch on machine in the bathroom, there is an extraordinary shower looking like a spaceship, the remote was not working, In the offer I had breakfast included but apparently personnel was suprised when I came down to eat something, they ask me whether I choose coffea or tea , and after a longtime offer one small pastry"

"Kasina Hotel is not a luxury hotel, but it’s an excellent value for money solution. The staff is helpful, the restaurant is truly good, and the rooms are clean and spacious. If you are looking for an alternative at a very accessible price, this is the place for you. Flawless security, along with a friendly and ever available reception and management. I recommend it for both a quick stay and a few days visit."

"The location is great, it is close to the pier and other areas you may like to visit, great views of the lake from the rooftop, the rooms are very well furnished with new furniture, also the bathroom is very nice, AC works well, and breakfast is fine too (mostly ethiopian dishes though).The hotel guide Mikru helped us organize a day trip to the Blue Nile falls + the monasteries on the lake Tana. It was a great day trip. He was flexible to find the best option for us which we greatly appreciated it. He also helped us to pay for flight tickets as it is a bit complicated to do so from Bahir Dar (the app didn't show any flights, long story). There were also free shuttles from/to airport which is great too. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and also Mikru to organize your activities in the city."
