"The property was well kept an well stocked, above average for the price , the host were very accommodating and very pleasant, nothing was a problem."

"Great host, great view of the inner courtyard. Super handy to have a minibsupermarket at the ground floor and very easy to find parking nearby."
"It could be good to have an air conditioning unit in the apartment."
"Stefano is a great host. He does not speak much English (better Spanish or Italian), but never the less: Communication with him via text is super quick and good and he is a friendly and nice guy. I didn't miss anything in the flat. There is a washing machine, oven, induction stove, moka pot, capsule coffee maker, fridge with a big freezer, balcony, private pool area (for residents which you can access with your key) which is calm and peaceful. It is maybe 15mins walk to the beach. There is a supermarket directly next to the apartment. The car ride to the airport is 15mins."

"A nice and spacious apartment facing the North in a quiet area. Great WiFi, accommodating host, relaxing pool area. Easy parking."

"Everything was as in the pictures. Palm Mar is a very nice location. Stefanovsnd his wife are very nice! The apartment is very clean and has anything you need. A supermarket is downstairs and also a nice restaurant. You can park free of charge on the street in front of the block."

"- Spacious, bright, well-equipped apartment with nice pool area (shared with other accommodations but never too crowded) and generally quiet surroundings (especially during the night) - Easy free parking in front of the building - Supermarket and some good restaurants in the building - Host responsive to messages"
"- The mattress is quite low quality with little support - Bedroom door handle is super creaky (it wakes up the sleeping ones) - Shutters are also very loud (one can hear the neighbour's too) - Host speaks zero English which makes verbal communication hard - Whilst one can walk down to Palm-Mar beach in 15-20 minutes, it is not a too nice one so one needs to have a vehicle to visit the better beaches"
"La ubicación es perfecta para poder descansar bien tras disfrutar del día en las zonas de los Cristianos, Costa Adeje y cercanías! El trato de Stefano fue maravilloso y nos hizo sentir cómodos en todo momento, además de ser muy buena persona! Y el apartamento... MARAVILLOSO!"
