"Julia a été adorable et surtout disponible. L'appartement est grand, propre et surtout bien équipé ( couverts, lave vaisselle, lave linge, climatisation etc) il dispose d'une terrasse bien agencée. Dans la résidence vous apprécierez la superbe piscine et le jardin bien entretenu On se sent très bien je recommande vivement cet appartement."

"La proximidad a la playa y la excelente piscina y jardines."

"Cubertería escasa, muy pocas tazas de desayuno y utensilios de cocina también escasos. La falta de ascensor."

"Flott beliggenhet - fin leilighet - fint uteområde med basseng - kort vei til stranda og til butikk ( 5 min å gå) Flott vertskap- svarte på spørsmål i løpet av få minutter, var på tilbudssiden og behjelpelig. Ingenting å klage på."

"Apartamento comodo y bien equipado cerca de playas, supermercados, restaurantes y a pocos minutos del centro en coche. Un plus total que tiene parqueadero. La anfitriona muy amable!"

"El piso es muy cómodo y confortable. Cuenta con lo suficiente para hacer confortable la estancia. La anfitriona fue muy amable y todo fueron facilidades. El piso se encuentra en una urbanización cerrada y cuenta con una gran piscina y zona verde. Además esta muy cerca de la playa (solo cruzar una calle). Tal vez esté un poco retirado del centro de Dénia, aunque es posible ir andando ( unos 40 minutos) Hay supermercados cerca (Spar a 5 minutos y ALDI a 15 minutos andando)"

"Julia muy atenta y dispuesta en todo momento. La urbanización muy limpia y tranquila."

"El apartamento es un 2° sin ascensor. Para ir a las zonas de ambiente había que coger el coche, ya que por los alrededores apenas había nada."

"Very pretty room in a private spacious apartment lockable by guests. It is nicely equipped and furnished, comfortable beds. Although the private bathroom is in the common corridor and not en-suite, it was Ok for usage -very clean and big enough. Guests can use the kitchen and utensils, the hosts are very kind so we were entirely satisfied. Good location- around 20 min walking distance to the Old town. There is a Renfe stop nearby, 4 min away. The area looks safe."

"The apartment was a huge one, you could even play hide and seek there inside 😘 Hostly Clara was waiting us and she was friendly and we were guided to practical matters. If you need something, just call Clara. The water in swimming pool was refreshing, but you have to know we were there in the end of November. We are from Finland, so we loved it! I can recommend Ca Sa Padrina for all who need a lot of space and practicality (good kitchen, washing machine, three bathrooms and a nice place outside)."
