"This place is awesome the staff and the management The people are very friendly seeking for your pleasure When I arrived I was welcomed by the management Mr Karem avery friendly person trying to help you be happy and enjoy the stay And avery decent siwan man (hesen) avery good man with the dates and the siwan tea which was awesome The chef of moon valley is very talented and very friendly The breakfast is so simple and tasty which is awesome The room was awesome very good bed , excellent bathroom, The stay around the fire is awesome at night If you want hesen to set fire on the wood heater in the room It is awesome The view of the mountain is amazing"

"Breakfast and dinner were always amazing. The location is well outside of the town but that meant it was so peaceful and relaxing compared to Cairo. Tea and a fire were a great way to relax after seeing all that Siwa has to offer."

"اولا :جميع طاقم العمل ذو خبره واحتراف في المعامله في الاستقبال والتوديع ومهاره في التعامل مع العملاء طبعا مستر كريم وهو بالفعل كريم في اخلاقه واحترامه للعملاء ثانيا : الافطار الشيف كان متالق جدا في حرفيه التقديم بشكل رائع وشهي وفعلا جميع الاصناف رائعه وشهيه ومتنوعه مثلا تقديم البيض كل يوم بشكل مختلف وطعم مخلف حقيقي رائع اشكرا 🥰 ثالثا : حبيبي حسين الراجل من اصل السيوه وهو انسان محترم بتكلم بكل احترام عن زملاءه وعن المكان وجعلني احب المكان من كثره محبته لعمله يعمل بامانه وحب 😘 طبعا انا مش قادر اوصف جمال المكان وجمال الموظفين وشكرا جدا ليكم جميعا ومعلش لو نسيت اسماء ولكن جميعا بتعاملون اكننا نعرف بعض من سنين ولكن ديه اول مره انزل في هذا الفندق وباذن الله سوف اكررها في القريب اشكركم جميعا وشكرا ل الاستاذ محمد لانه اختار نخبه من الشباب الفعال والناجح شكرا مستر كريم يا كريم 😍"

"The staff are very friendly & cooperative specially the hotel owner Mr. Mohamed Barakat & his Assistant Mr. Gamal. The magnificent location in the heart of the mountain makes you restart your soul & have new power. The architecture style of the rooms are perfectly matching the Siwa ecolodge concept. It was really amazing experience & i’ll repeat my stay at this lovely unique hotel."

"사전 정보없이 간 여행이라.. 걱정을 많이 했는데, 정말 좋았습니다. 친절하고 특별한 경험을 할수있는 환경도 많이 만들어주셨구요. 호텔도 엄청 이뻐요. 뭔가 진짜 현지느낌? 일단 모히라는 투어 가이드 소개해줘서 계속 같이 다녔는데, 코스가 끝발났구요. 특히 사막 사파리 투어가 최고였습니다. 롤러코스터 타는줄 ㅋㅋㅋ 야밤에 전기가 나가는데, 투어 후 숙소에 돌아오니 양초 피우고 환영해주더라고.. 정말 이뻤어요, 이집트 친구랑 같이가서 주인분들 가족하고 밤새 같이 대화하고 놀았는데, 애기하고 발라하라는 강아지가 너무 귀여워서..눈호강..ㅠㅠ 정말 이집트에서 보낸 최고의 3일이었습니다. 서비스로 전통차랑 시샤를 주셨는데, 차마 무료로 이용하기 그래서 지불하고 왔습니다. 정말 행복했어요."

"전기가 일정시간동안만 들어오고 그 외에는 안들어옵니다. 알고보니 시와호수 특징이더라구요. 그리고 인터넷 정말 안터져요. 근데 이건 호텔 단점이 아니고, 시와는 그런동네니 유의하시라 말씀드리고 싶네요."
