"The location was good, had lots of shops near by. The reception staff was really helpful and cheerful. Room was clean and upto really good standard Had all the facilities that were mentioned on the website. Really happy with the booking"

"Lovely staff, always willing to assist. The GM a fine gentleman sorted my $ payment in cash problem by canceling my booking free of charge and booked again as acceptable to the hotel. Served me good and well brewed cofee severally. The cleaner on floor 2 Ms Nady always active and friendly. Will certainly stay again."

"Почти каждый приезд в Каир выбираю отель "Maxsim" Прекрасный отель в районе Наср сити. Расположен в тихом месте, где в 100метрах оживленные улицы для любителей шопинга, ресторанчики и кафе, различные виды услуг. Круглосуточная работа стойки регистрации, охрана. Внутри отеля на 7 этаже ресторан с обзорным видом на террасе. На время Рамадана ограничился субпайком на завтрак. Номера просторные, все идеально чистые, мебель, сантехника новая,все исправно работает. Постель удобная и чистая. Рабочий фен, чайник в наличии.Есть все туалетные принадлежности. Рабочий персонал очень внимательный,вежлив, пунктуальный. Рекомендую."

"Не первый раз выбираю этот отель. Удобное и тихое место, одновременно рядом все магазины и множество кафе. Без проблем немного раньше заселили в номер. Уборка отличная, персонал вежлив, отзывчивый. Постель чистейшая, матрасы удобные. Большие комнаты. Есть обеденный стол, стулья, холодильник, чайник,тумбочки, фен и все ванные принадлежности, включая тапочки."

"Amir Palace Hotel is located in a working-class neighborhood near the station. I’m the side streets there are all kind of small shops and market stalls. The staff of the hotel do not speak English very well, but they are friendly and helpful. They arranged for me to travel to Abydos by taxi and with a translator to visit the famous Temple of king Seti I and the 5,000 year old enclosure of king Khasekhemwy."

"I was kindly allowed to do an early check in due to the overnight travel from Cairo and was picked up from the centre. Amany was great and very friendly but the only english speaker in Seliya. The place is located away from town centre so it's not affected by its noise , however I didn't sleep for 2 nights in a row because of the hotel's dog barking in the internal garden.. which went on for hours in the middle of the night... This was the big and only minus for me. There is not much going on near the hotel but the tuk tuk to town is only 40 Egyptian each way and Amany can arrange food delivery if needed. The place is really pretty and lots of places in the garden when you can hang out or relax, mosquitos permitting. Would be nice to see some mosquitos traps so that the time in garden is more enjoyable."
