"Lovely clean resort suitable for families. It was my first time in Sharm staying at a resort with my child.staff helpful and fun evening entertainment. The room was clean and I loved how you can open your door and go to the pool. Very nice feature."

"Staff attempted to charge me 6200 Egyptian for a massage. I later was informed you shouldn't pay no more than 2000 Egyptians. This is an unacceptable scam. There should be a lot more food options. More English food options on the menu."

"Excellent staff, among the best we have encountered in all the countries we have visited. Plenty of daily activities. The food was good, with a buffet breakfast and dinner offering a wide variety of options. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent. Easy access to the main attractions and the most famous beaches. Excellent value for money."

"Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and ready to help with everything. On the last day they even offered us to stay after our checkout time so we could spend a few more hours in the sun before our flight in the evening. Thanks to Costa for organizing that"

"The room was great, nice comfy beds, a small refrigiator, kettle to make coffee and tea (very good coffee!). Nice balcony with a view to the pool area. Quiet at night after the entertainment is over. The stores inside the hotel are very good and we enjoyed some tea in some of the shops. The jewelry shop is highly recommended to visit. There is even a small grocery shop at the entrance of the hotel where you can buy snacks, shampoo, tobacco and other necessities. It's in walking distance of many restaurants."

"We didn't have high expectations for our first visit to Egypt because it's a different culture. But the service at the resort pleasantly surprised us! The people there were very nice and helpful. The hotel facilities weren't particularly luxurious, but for the price, they were beyond our expectations."

"The only thing that disappointed us was the hotel's beach facilities. It was too wild for Europeans. We didn't feel safe there. That's why we preferred to go to other beaches where we had to pay an entrance fee."

"It was very nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. The room has everything you need and the swimming pool is amazing. We booked an excursion with them and it was well organised. We also tried a full body massage and it refreshed me."

"We love this hotel and we'll always come back. The staff are amazing. The animation team are amazing and it's such a friendly family vibe, the rooms are lovely. I came with my granddaughter, and they all loved her and took great care of her. If you re ensuring the food, then always cater to your taste and there will always be something you can eat.
