"Perfect location in Old Town but quiet. Best breakfast ever. I was upgraded to a very spacious double room. In short great value for money. Friendly staff and you can leave your luggage at the reception for as long as you wish"

"At first I checked into a room (315) at 2AM at night. The room was smelly and I wanted to open the window and the room was looking to a wall with big pipes and a steel panels. The alley was for trash cans and very noisy. I woke up at 6 because of the collection noises. Room was awful and I decided to get a refund and move out. I told the receptionist Anna and she apologised and changed the room to 309. Two rooms have 20 years and 2 stars between each other. So never book a room looking to the wall! Ask and make it clear. If it wasn’t for Anna, and if I have never seen the other room this review would be a one star review"

"More a gripe than a negative. The breakfast was basic, but it done the job. one of the young girls who had her lips pierced on reception could have smiled and been a bit more happier, like she hated her job."

"Now this is a very relative review: The hotel is a three star property and I am looking at like that. Location was excellent (but then just about everything in the Old Town is), staff was nice and the room (#506) was large with a nice view. There was a fridge in the room for which I give a plus point. All in all this was a very good value for money."

"Again, compared to what? Everything was very much OK. But if I want to say something, let's say that everything was a bit basic, from the furniture to breakfast. But what do you expect from a three star property? It is not even supposed to be that fabulous place that you will remember for the rest of your life. If you want a clean, comfortable room for a few days and at a very reasonable rate, this is fine."

"Perfect as usual, the staff on reception are SO helpful, found me a spare charger when mine broke and let me know breakfast lasts half an hour longer now than it says on the website, and they let me have my favourite room I requested :) god I love this hotel! Will be back again next year for sure, I wouldn't stay anywhere else!"

"I really liked the breakfast, it changes slightly every day with everything from bacon egg beans and sausages to pancakes and porridge; it just might be better to be a bit more spread out around the room instead of squashed into one small corner so people aren't getting in each other's way all the time, I spent a lot of the hour I was there every morning just standing around waiting for other people to move"

"The room was fine, bed is fresh and soft but not too soft. Bath was clean. Breakfast buffet is small but has everything for any taste - rustical (veggies, etc), sweet things, eggs boiled and scrambled, müslis, tea and coffee. Location is good for tourists as it's located directly in the city center. Stuff was very friendly"

"I had chosen this hotel because I saw there's a parking space so I assumed taxis could drop you off and pick you up directly at the entrance but I was wrong. My Uber Driver had to drop me off at the old town gate which is only 110m away but I had a huge luggage and it was heavily snowing so even this short distance was tiring. When I left I asked at the reception, they called a taxi for me (not Uber) that apparently had a license to enter the old town (didn't know that) but therefore it was much more expensive. So for future guests: the existence of the parking space is misleading. I don't know about private cars though, better ask first"
