"Nice size room, nicely decorated, comfy bed & very hot water. Water machines available at the end of the corridor very cold & great idea. Nice bar area & food available. Excellent value for a city centre hotel."

"No plug socket next to bed & no mirror except in the bathroom where you can't plug a hairdryer in, this is a must."

"Really nice spa facilities:4 jacuzzis, swimming pool with hydro jets,4 saunas, poolside bar and very nearby changing room. Good location only 5 mins walk to entrance to Old Town. Room very comfortable Quiet location. Excellent breakfast-lots of choice. Would definitely stay here again."

"The location is very good. In a newer area, but very close to old town. the hotel itself self is very good, spa is excellent and is complimentary to all guests. Even the breakfast was very nice"

"The hotel is absolutely perfect. We have stayed here twice already and know – when we return to Tallinn, we will definitely be staying here again. The spa is tranquil, has everything you need. The gym has all the necessary equipment. The breakfast is very good and has many options even for vegetarians. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and the beds – super comfortable. Couldn’t recommend a better hotel for a calm and relaxing holiday in Tallinn. Bonus points for the perfect location."

"Great location between, close to harbour, shops, restaurants and the old town. Junior suite on 7th floor was greatå, nice service"

"Breakfast was ok but very basic, limited gluten free and vegan / dairy free options"

"The room very big and comfortable. Spa had everything you need to one evening relax."

"The hotel staff (especially at the reception) needs some training for communication with clients. Didn’t sense hospitality and interest in my staying experience, rather like a grocery checkout experience."

"Perfectly located for access to restaurants and site seeing in the town. Very comfortable great spa and bar area."

"Great modern hotel, clean with good sized rooms and in ideal central location. Really nice spa, which was not too busy during our stay. Good choice for breakfast and decent access times. Would definately use if returning to Tallinn."

"Minor detail, but lifts could be busy."
