"The manor house at the parking lot is a former orphanage and it looked straight out of a Hitchcock movie when we arrived in misty weather. Inside the derelict looking reception building (tastefully restored on the inside) we received a glass of local cider and our key from the very friendly receptionist. We stayed in Kaseke which was super charming overlooking the bog forest and a fireplace in front of the window. We stayed for two nights and had dinner brought to the cabin both days and it was excellent and very tasty. It really was a perfect stay."

"I liked the friendly staff and the idea about the accommodation in the nature. The nature was very beautiful and the cabin was nice. When we arrived we got a welcoming drinks that was nice and they welcomed our dog to visit them too. Food was very tasty."

"When we arrived the cabin was hot and we had to cool it down before we were able to stay inside. Also there was dust and spider webs in the cabin. We were misinformed about that our cabin might have a jacuzzi, even though we had the only cabin with out one. In the morning, we had to wait our breakfast for un hour to be ready..."

"This is truly a gem of a place! The accomodations were cosy and romantic, perfect for a private getaway. Breakfast was delicious, the staff very attentive and kind. We dined at restaurant Soo in the evening which was another unforgettable experience, well worth the cost. P.S If the weather is rainy, you can borrow rain boots from the check-in desk!"

"It was a real treat for me to come here and with the price and reviews I expected it to be exceptional. The staff were wonderful, the Villa Dinner was absolutely divine and the surroundings were a beautiful oasis full of bird life. I heard nightingales and took a luttle canoe for a paddle down the river which was bucolic. And of course the cabin itself looks wonderful with such a beautiful eco design! I booked it for those windows onto nature and was excited for ages to finally be here. Everything would have been exceptional were it not for a few issues that for me were really important."

"When I arrived (mid May) the temp was very warm outside. 25 degrees and mosquitoes. So I hoped the cabin would be a sanctuary but in fact it was a furnace inside. Housekeeping had not thought to put the air con on in advance of check in which meant it was unliveable for the first 4-5 hours while air con worked it's hardest but is tucked around the corner and takes a long time to work. This meant I couldn't open the curtains to see the view because the heat through the windows was unbearable. This really upset me because I booked it for this little piece of sanctuary for just one night! I asked for a fan to help but that took 4 hours to arrive. My villa dinner was brought and should have been eaten at a little table in front of the big windows but it was too hot so I sat on the bed with it (the only shade, and outside was full of mosquitos). It didn't cool down until maybe midnight so sleep was uncomfortable in the beginning. By morning the temp was fine but then perhaps with the temp variation the double glazed window panels were all steamed or condensed so I had no view again until after breakfast when it had finally cleared! This all really upset me and I emailed staff with photos etc but it wasn't really acknowledged fully. On inspection it was clear that the windows also needed a really good clean on both sides - perhaps it wasn't really ready after winter? The bin outside needed emptying, the fridge wasn't cool, the radiator was on!...little things that ought to be perfect for the price were a bit off. Things just looked a bit tired when really the amazing windows and view are what's supposed to make this so immersive. I think a bit of extra care to get the climate control right in advance of guests arriving in hot weather would make a lot of sense for a building half made of glass. I was so excited for this stay and I just feel it fell short with no offer of even a complimentary cold drink to take the edge off!"
