"Location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean beds and living area. Air conditioning worked well."

"Could of used a few more kitchen supplies (dishes and utensils) and basics like salt and pepper)."

"We enjoyed our lovely, spacious apartment which was a short pleasant walk to town. The setting was peaceful and quiet at night. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well equiped. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. A wonderful base for our time in Santa Cruz."

"Everything was perfect during our week-long stay with our family. Patricia helped us by providing contact details for transportation from the airport to the hotel. The driver, Vicente was very nice and recommended many great places to visit. When our flight was changed and we needed to call the airline but didn’t have a phone, Patricia kindly borrowed us hers. The location of the place was convenient, close to everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was well-equipped, and has good Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all the rooms."

"Whilst the apartment isn’t maybe the most modern it had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable and quiet. It’s a large flat and very well appointed and has a massive and comfortable bed, we really enjoyed our stay here. The host lovely and very helpful as well.."

"Great spa with thermal spring water in a large swimming pool, a hotter small pool., cold pool, mud therapy pool and steam rooms. Lovely roomy Junior Suite. Weather was cool so we were glad there was heating to turn on."

There is also a restaurant on side. The owners are really friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again when back in Banos."
