"Overall very good experience. Great, new building, amazing breakfast with breathtaking views at the 17th floor, a very good bar at ground floor,,excellent stuff to accommodate any need. A very nice souvenir store at ground floor."

"Noise insulation. We got enough noise from the street even we were leaving on the 8th floor, facing the avenue. I guess rooms on the other sides are more quiet. One star down because of the noise. Otherwise perfect stay."

"The housekeeper came at around 7:45 am and woke us up asking if she could do housekeeping. We also needed a taxi to come back from dinner back to the hotel and we called the number on the website and nobody answered."

"The hotel felt very safe and the view from the room was wonderful. The shower and beds were great, and the jacuzzi on the balcony was a very nice addition. The staff were helpful, mainly the guy who brought the suitcases, who was extremely knowledgeable and nice."

"As a luxury hotel, it was a bit less than we expected. The room with two double beds felt a bit small, and the breakfast at the hotel was way too expensive, compared to the good alternatives outside of it. It's a bit far from the center, but the area is safe, and there are good restaurants, laundry service, and even a barber nearby."
