"This family run business is wonderful. They went way above any expectations we had for any hotel. Not just personalized service, but very personal help about all aspects of being in Loja. The location is next to el Parque Lineal, along the Malacatos river, with walking trails among the trees and flowers. Quiet and tranquil neighborhood."

"- cozy room with comfortable bed - hot water in the shower - handsoap, towels provided - laundry service (for 6$ per load). Very quick. I got it after 3-4h - amazing breakfast (scrambled eggs, fruit with a little bit of yogurt and granola, bread, good quality jam and butter, coffee) - rooftop place with chairs, table and hammocks. While having breakfast there, I could spot few hummingbirds flying around and feeding on flowers (end of January) - very good WiFi - great location (close to restaurants, shops and bus station) - I could store my luggage there after checkout without extra charge - kitchen available - lovely dog - they rent bikes and help to book tours - very friendly and helpful owner"

"The place is quiet, with a large outdoor kitchen, bathroom, and shower. Nestled under a large mango tree, it offers shade and the atmosphere of a secret garden. The upstairs room is large, bright, and ideal for a quiet stay."

We loved that we has access to Luna Volcan as part of our stay for use of the Pools and for breakfast which was included in our price. Would absolutely stay again."
