"El personal es lo que más me gustó, son chicas muy atentas y amables en todo sentido. El hostal es acogedor y hogareño, suficiente para ir de trabajo a Ibarra. Es también bastante seguro, aunque sí me dificultó un poco tener que timbrar cada vez que quería salir o entrar. La limpieza del dormitorio, sobre todo de la cama estuvo muy bien. Me gustó el almuerzo."

"Hace falta al menos una repisa en el baño, no tuve lugar para poner los articulos de limpieza y arreglo personal. También me hizo falta una mesa para trabajar. Se podría mejorar el olor de la habitación, especialmente del armario. El desayuno podría mejorar con alimentos más frescos e incluyendo pequeñas porciones de mantequilla y mermelada por ejemplo."

"Javier who runs the hotel was amazing and really made my stay special. He was the best concierge I have ever met. He would anticipate any need and was always able to help with even the small details. For example one afternoon it was raining heavily and he had left an umbrella outside my room without me even asking. The hotel is clean and modern. My room was excellent and the location is perfect for walking into Mindo."

"The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and had a private bathroom with hot water and shampoo provided. The shared kitchen facilities were fully equipped including oil and coffee to share, and free bananas during our stay. The rest of the shared living area was clean and had a large sofa with a smart TV and drinking water fountain for refills. There were also spare snorkels and fins available. The host Luisa is very friendly and helpful. Luisa messaged us to organise an early check in, was easily contactable, and made us feel very welcome. This place is great value for money."
