"This is a very nice boutique style hotel. I chose it for vehicle access, as I drove to Olomouc with my car from Brno. Parking was protected and free. Staff was great, room was great, all was excellent. And how can you go wrong with a painting of George Washington in the breakfast room (I'm American)!"

"The location, for me who doesn't like hiking long distances, was not good. It was over I km to the tram. And the woman at the desk on check in didn't even tell me about the tram. I found out about that on my own. If I had to walk all the way to old town without the tram, which I had to do the first morning, that would have been doubly bad. If you don't mind walking, and it can be a nice walk through the park to the tram, this hotel would be ideal. But for me, when I go back to Olomouc, and I surely will (by train next time), I will stay at a hotel in the center. This place is just too far out there. And that means when you leave in the morning, you need to stay in the center. Coming up and back is just not possible, at least it wasn't for me."

"hotel in a quiet part of the city just a few steps from the Smetana Gardens and the city centre. The staff was helpful and gave us useful advice and tips. We definitely recommend it and we will definitely stay here again next time."

"The staff at the accommodation were exceptionally helpful and accommodating in every way. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, providing an excellent start to the day. The room was clean, tastefully furnished, and had a pleasant atmosphere. Parking was convenient, with plenty of space available in the large courtyard. Although the heating had not yet been turned on as it was only early October, the staff promptly provided extra blankets to ensure our comfort."
