"The hotel is in the historical Katlovy Vary city center with a lovely view. The building is historic and beautiful. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and spacious. There’s a swimming pool and paid parking (about 20 eur), which is very useful if you’re traveling by car in UNESCO sites. The hotel is also pet-friendly (pets can stay for extra fee. In our case it was 18 eur). Also hotel staff aranged extra bed for our son without any extra charge. Thank you for that!"
"Using swimmingpool costs an extra €5 per person per day per person. The sauna is in a separate area and also has an additional charge."

"Many times I stayed here - and returned again, and will return again in 2025 Feb. For sure, you can find better and worse hotels in Karlsbad, this one represents personally for us - kind of a golden middle: we are ok with breakfast, we find Lunch/Dinner tasty. Visible that people try hard, the place is perfect, price ok if you book a bit in advance, parking lot - easy to achieve with funicular railway, 5 min walk to springs.."

"Hotel in the centre of the Karlovy Vary. The rooms are big enough and well-equipped. The view from the window is really nice, even at night. The carpet in the room little bit dirty, but at least not smelly. This is the problem in almost every hotel here in CZ. Breakfast was really good, with many choices. Swimming pool with a hot-tube was nice."
"The temperature of the swimming pool should be a little bit higher. It was 25-26, but we were looking at around 30 C. We are in Karlovy Vary, right :)"
"The hotel is not new, but it has it’s charm with the classic design. The great position and the view. Good breakfast. Everything was tasty. We didn’t miss a bottle of a sekt (may be, because of the KV movie festival). We had warm atmosphere. Used small swimming pool. We had it only for us. The staffs are very friendly and the owner is ready to help as well. Recommend it."
