"Owners were great and responsive. Plenty of towels and seating inside and outside. Pool is great and tested regularly and good space around the villa. Parking for 2 - 3 cars possible on driveway."

"Pretty much everything. The pool was lovely, everything inside and out was clean and worked. Great value for money villa and nice location."

"Not really the property’s fault but there isn’t much around. 1 supermarket, 1 restaurant which isn’t great and a nice beach bar. However easy to get to and from ayia napa so not a big issue."

"We have spent almost two weeks in Villa Kivelli and this is great and well equipped villa with private outside swimming pool which is very useful in Cyprus (as the temperatures are quite high). We were travelling with 3 kids and 2 friends have joined us, there is plenty of room (3 bedrooms). Living room and kitchen well equipped. The store and restaurant is next to the Villa. In terms of location it is perfect place, it takes less than 10 minutes to get by car to all nicest beaches and Ayia Napa. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, highly recommended place to stay in Cyprus!"

"The villa has everything you need for a great stay, fully equipped kitchen, great pool with plenty of sunbeds, grill, both gas and coal, rooms are quite big and have air conditioning. Very clean, 2 min to supermarket and a local restaurant, very close to the beaches."

"Amazing villa. Hosts are so lovely and welcoming. Cleaned the pool every two days. Clean villa, big pool , shower pressure good. Such a cosy villa and very spacious. Comfortable beds. Easy walk to the supermarket and the Restaurant. Air conditioning superb. Would highly recommend"

"The private pool, the private parking, the facilities overall, the location outside which is still close to reach everything with little effort (close by the motorway). The attentiveness of the contact. The pool is being cleaned every third day."

"Some of the cooking equipment is rather outdated (e.g. pans and oven). Not everything was cleaned properly (especially dust under the beds)."

"Beautiful, very good equipped villa in a quite neighbourhood. Three different beaches in a 5 min walk on each taste. There is a good supermarket and Zafiri restaurant with reasonable prices in 1 min walk. The staff of Villa Kiveli is very helpful. Our family enjoyed the stay on this villa on 200%"

"A small house in a very quiet neighborhood. A nice beach is 5 minutes walk away. It's far enough from the main road and thus very quiet. There is a nice small garden and an ample outside space. Convenient parking spot as well. Very nicely equipped kitchen (we cook for ourselves and many bookings are lacking in this respect). Comfortable beds, nice shower. It's a small space but very functional. We liked it a lot and will come back."

"Everything was very good, great location( bakery/ bus stop/ supermarket/ restaurant nearby). The apartment was clean and spacious, with everything we needed. We didn’t use a car but there are plenty of parking lots in front of apartment. Communication with Chris was very easy."

"For a bigger group of people this place is perfect. There were 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a few different zones to relax and a big swimming pool. Rodafinia Beach is only a few minutes away, it is perfect for a quick dip in the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a big refrigerator, stove, washing machine. The owner even let us check in a few hours early."

"We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The room was exceptionally clean and pleasantly scented. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating. Parking was readily available and convenient. Several small shops offering drinks and food were just a few minutes' walk away. While the nearest beach was approximately 20 minutes distant, this was not an issue as we had a car. We did notice some street noise, but this is to be expected in Ayia Napa."

It is equipped with everything you could possibly need — a fully stocked kitchen, cosmetics, and even thoughtful extras like an umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler. The location is great, with bus stops nearby, making it easy to get around. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. The owner was extremely kind and generous, and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. As other guests have mentioned, there is a strip club in the building, but it caused us no problems at all during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again!"

"Clean and fresh rooms. Very nice touches by the hotel. Gave us two complimentary bottles of Prosecco to the room and a bottle of red wine with dinner. Hosted a complimentary drinks reception for all guests on one of the evenings which was a lovely touch. All the staff are very friendly. Hotel manager personally greeted each guest which I thought was a nice touch. The sushi restaurant is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend."
