"Excellent location in the very centre of Nicosia, seconds away from the shops and ~7 min on foot from the old down. Spacious rooms, self check-in 👌the owner Marios was very helpful!"
"A bit noisy at night but it's the city centre so it's normal. Nothing extreme, though. A kitchen looked a bit old as compared to everything else but equipped with everything needed for cooking. What could be improved: it would be nice to have a shampoo & shower gel and some washing machine powder next time 🙏"

"Marios is one of the best hosts I have enjoyed in my recent travels. Friendly, attentive, and always there for a request. The property is huge, modern, and an A+ location in the center of Nicosia with private, reserved, secure parking. There are posh shops, bars, and restaurants all around. The apartment is quiet, comfortable and a gem."
