"Nice view. Comfortable beds. Tennis table and Jacuzzi stands as great supplement to holiday. All in all satisfied with the choice."

"There a lot of neighbor cats (I believe in entire Cyprus), so not really good for alergic people to cats and also you can't really leave sliding doors keep open, because cats trying to get in to the house."

"Elea villa was beautiful! Very spacious and beautifully decorated with a fabulous view. We spent a relaxing 10 days here for our family holiday/out wedding. The beds were so comfortable, lots of space very modern, great location although would recommend hiring a car. Polite and professional staff."

"A real shame that some things there were worn and damaged. Not what you expect when paying this amount. A rip in the sun lounger and a missing lay down cushion for the wooden sun lounger, would take much to get replaced. Huge crack in glass balcony in room with just shower, because of this my daughter was not able to go out on the balcony as to me it didn’t look safe. Lastly on arrival window sill in bathroom was full of dust and glass on balcony was filthy. Handprints on glass throughout the building and downstairs toilet light was not working. Again not the cleanliness you expect but it didn’t really affect our stay."

"The property is beautifully designed and furnished. Privacy is really good, even though it’s close to a number of other villas. A quiet residential location, handy for supermarket, bakery etc. with a spectacular view to the sea and mountains. Great walking trails on the doorstep."

"Communication prior to arrival was lacking. No-one met us on arrival and we didn’t know how to get in, but after a phone call to the host we found the key. After that our stay was wonderful."

"Stunning modern villa with beautiful views of the valley and down to the sea. The pool was great and we also loved the hot tub and ping pong table. It's a really wonderful place to stay."

"The only downside is you do need a car as there's not much in walking distance but it's only a short drive to Peyia or Coral Bay"

"Das Haus ist super um in einer größeren Gruppe zu vereisen. Viel Platz (innen und außen), große Küche um zusammen zu kochen und ein großer Outdoorgrill. Der Whirlpool ist beheizt"

"In der Küche und im Bad könnte etwas besser geputzt werden - aber in Summe trotzdem ordentlich"

"This is the first time we had visited Cyprus and I don't think we could have picked a better property for our large group. In a perfect location in Paphos where many areas were walkable or a short taxi ride. The pictures do not do this place justice! The Villa is newly decorated and much bigger than expected. The bedrooms were plenty big enough for each family to have their own space. The living and kitchen area was fantastic! Areas where you could chill inside for a bit and areas where we could all eat together. The BBQ and Pool area is stunning! There were even loads of floaties in the outside cupboard for the children to use. We used the Tennis Court and the Little park, again both great little additions! Anna was lovely and could be contactable throughout the stay if needed. However everything was perfect for us. Several families stayed and all of us were over the moon with our stay and would not hesitate to visit again."

"The vacation was a success! The apartment exceeded expectations, we will come back here again! Cozy, clean! Everything you need is there: stove, kettle, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, all kitchen utensils! Clean bed linen, towels! Very convenient location. Everything is close. The beach and the embankment with a huge number of cafes and restaurants are a five-minute leisurely walk away. Near the house there are cafes, restaurants, shops. A very quiet place. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Thank you very much to the owner! The apartment had everything you needed for the first time: tea, coffee, sugar, bread, water, seasonal fruit. George answered all questions quickly. It's very nice when you're worried about a trip and get answers right away. George! Thank you so much!"
