"Wonderful apartment, decent size, great natural light and beautifully decorated, plus all the facilities and equipment required for a week away in Praia. Decent wifi connection and laundry facilities on the roof top. Restaurants in close proximity and 25 minute walk to main Praia streets."

"Gute Lage nur 6 Gehminuten vom nächsten Strand entfernt, es war sehr sauber und ruhig in der Unterkunft. Die Schlüssel Übergabe lief reibungslos und Vladimir und Sandrine waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab sogar Strandtücher."

"Die Unterkunft war extrem modern, sauber und hatte alles zu bieten, was man für einen Aufenthalt in Praia benötigt. Uns hat bei unserem Aufenthalt nichts gefehlt und besonders möchte ich auch die Gastgeberin hervorheben. Aufgrund des Verkehrs am Tag der WM Qualifikation konnten wir kein Taxi finden, welches uns zum Stadion bringt. Unsere Gastgeberin hat uns kurzerhand in der Stadt abgeholt und persönlich zum Stadion gebracht."

"Un très bel appartement, très cosy et idéal pour passer quelques jours à Praiai. Tout est fait. Pour que l’on passe un bon séjour : fontaine à eau disponible, fruits en arrivant, Clim dans toutes les pièces. L’appartement est à 5 min à pied de la plage et pour aller au Plato, le mieux est d’y aller en taxi, c’est très rapide et peu cher. Possibilité d’utiliser une machine à laver. Si besoin, le propriétaire vous propose de vous réserver un taxi à votre arrivée. C’est super pratique. J’y serai bien restée plus longtemps. Adresse à partager sans modération !"

"Apartamento y ubicación perfectos para disfrutar de unos días en Praia. El confort del alojamiento y la atención de los anfitriones fueron excepcionales. ¡Totalmente recomendable! Appartement et emplacement parfaits pour passer quelques jours à Praia. Le confort du logement et l’accueil des hôtes étaient exceptionnels. Je le recommande vivement !"

"Breakfast and dinner available on site was good. Lovely area to relax with verdant garden in a central courtyard. About a 15-20 min walk to the center but close to beaches which are mostly easy to access. Bars and restaurants close by but don't expect a very wide range of food choices. Local fish is excellent."
