"The property is well located and you can easily walk into the centre of the city. The staff were all very lovely. There is a swimming pool, jacuzzi and nice rooftop area. The price is fair."
"My room had very dated furniture and the bathroom was dated but it was fair for the price."
"Comfy, clean room with balcony overlooking beautiful gardens. All staff from reception, restaurant, cleaner and gardeners were friendly and very helpful. Restaurant food was excellent and catered for allergies. It’s an easy 30 minute walk to the town, uber is everywhere and there are lots of tours and activities available."

"The hotel is super convenient for Ticabus terminal: the walk to and from the terminal takes literally 2 minutes, is well-lit and felt entirely safe."

"It's got a lovely roof space. Also has a pool and jacuzzi (i didn't use them but they were tempting). They let me store my bag when i arrived very early, and let me check in ahead of time too. Then also, they let me stick around long after check out. Very friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast up on the roof, birds tweeting around and mountains in the distance."
