"A beautiful, spacious hotel with top end accommodation and a magnificent view over Sihu (the lake out front). the staff were impeccable and the service, I’m sure, competes with the world’s best. Beakfast was phenomenally good value with a truly excellent choice of Chinese and European options. The baozi are to die for!"

"Perfect for a business trip. Staff are very friendly and resolve any issues you may have. Rooms are big and comfortable. restaurant closes early so better to arrive early."

"The location is unbeatable and the place is sparkling clean. But the highlight for me was the breakfast—it’s a fantastic way to sample multiple authentic local dishes in one go. Also, a huge shoutout to the hosts! They are incredibly warm and went above and beyond. I accidentally left my laundry in the machine, and the hostess not only hung it out for me but even offered to iron it. I was so touched by such thoughtful service!"
