"Checkin ตอน 10 โมงเช้าก็ได้ห้องเลย ห้องใหญ่แอร์เย็น รอบๆเป็นต้นไม้ทั้งหมด แถมสถานีรถไฟ (ห่างโรงแรม 7 นาที) มีห้าง shopping ด้วย"

"The accommodation is exceptionally well located, very close to the Metro station, a shopping mall, and Century Park. It’s perfectly positioned for a wonderful vacation, with easy access to everything you need."

"While the room looked a little dated, it still had way better amenities and was more comfortable than any Hilton hotel I've ever stayed at. Think carpeted floor, multiple telephones (including one next to the toilet), and even an Ethernet port(!). There isn't much around, but you can order food delivery (if you happen to have a Chinese person with you) and it will get delivered to your room door by a robot! We also got a discount voucher for the hotel spa, but had no time to make use of it as we only stayed the night. Bathtubs are always welcome! Slept like a log!"
"For a hotel with the word "Parkview" in the name, we didn't see much of a park. There were no instructions for the wifi and after figuring it out, apparently was very unstable so we went without. Hotel staff seemed a little judgy that we would share a room."

"The hotel is clean, nice and comfortable and located in the heart of Pudong. The breakfast is very variety and delicious with Chinese and western food. The staffs at front desk are very nice, especially room service staff, 冯银环 is very nice, professional and helpful. Definitely recommended stay in this hotel."

"Amazing all the way through. Robots delivering food to the room - better then in many 5 stars hotel in SH. Next time i go to SH - I WILL DEFINITELY CHOOSE IT!"

"One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Very clean, very professional staff, awesome services, magnificent breakfast!! The area is elegant, very close to the metro station (where you can find a great souvenir market). They have great products in the bathroom, also"
"If i were to suggest something, maybe a specific statement that they charge you a 2500 yuan deposit, out of which they deduct the cost of the room and other purchases you may make during the stay. There were no problems in this process, but maybe a specific statement about that when booking, would be more accurate"
