"One of the best places we ever had! Excellent location, stuff were very friendly, breakfast style buffet with a lot of things to choose, not just continental, much more! Shower with real hot water fast WiFi! The bed is just huge,don't get lost there.....a really high recommended hotel,Excellent value for money! We had a camper with a height of 3.5 so we couldn't enter the parking of the hotel, but there's a place to park on the street, it's a safe surrounding"

"Marco was a great host! He provided fantastic information upfront and was incredibly responsive and patient with all of our questions. Check in was easy with a manager at the desk and the apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We took groceries up from Santiago and could easily self cater for our family as the kitchen had everything, and there was a bbq on the balcony. (The shop on the mountain is incredibly expensive - so take everything up if you are self-catering) The window seat over looking the mountain with beautiful sunsets was a favourite place to sit. Ski in and ski out location was amazing, but still easy to walk up to the main shops and restaurants. Thanks Marco"
