Located in the historic quarter in the city of Santiago, Lastarria Aparts offers luxury apartments in a stylish building declared architectural heritage. It is a short walk from Art Modern Museum and Main Square. There are 19 exclusive apartments that are well appointed with satellite TV and modern kitchen facilities. All apartments feature a separate living area and bathrooms with whirlpool showers. Some apartments offer private balconies. Free WiFi is available in each of Lastarria’s apartments. Additionally guests are offered breakfast, lunch and/or dinner at a restaurant nearby and for an extra fee. Lastarria Aparts is a short walk from a taxi stand, a bus stop, and a tube station. Parking is available for an extra fee and reservation is needed.

"It’s a nice property, right in the heart of the Lastarria quarter."
"I really didn’t like that they basically force you to pay with a credit card, while debit cards don’t get the same price. On top of that, you end up paying about 19% more, which feels unfair and frustrating. They even ask you for documents to prove you’re a tourist, but it’s pointless since you still end up paying VAT anyway of 19%."

"Location was perfect. We could walk to where we wanted to go including loads of cute cafes and restaurants. It was safe - plenty of security around. The reception staff, Marcella and Nicholas, were also really friendly and helpful"

"We enjoyed this spacious apartment, on an excellent street near many museums and arts areas. The bedroom was super quiet away from the street, with really comfortable bed and pillows. The living area looked over a quiet pedestrian street where sometimes there was live music early evenings so we had a free concert! The main road is full of great restaurants, bars and craft stalls, and just next to Line 1 metro so very convenient for travel."

"Good location/neighbourhood for tourists. Place was surprisingly nice. Big balcony with nice views, two floors, clean, en suite bathroom for one room. Had a pretty good kitchen but did not use. Front desk was nice, took us up to room, let us store baggage, and gave a card for discount breakfast at nearby restaurant. Good value for money."
"Not hotels fault but nearby areas can get a bit unsafe at night, not right on this street which is pretty good but things rapidly decline a short walk away. Would recommend uber or similar."

"Nice location Spacious. Windows on both sides so the place has a cross breeze. Good hot water and water pressure, and places to hang towels and put toiletries. Comfortable bed and sofa Wifi worked fine"
