"Staff were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was a nice way to start the day (although we missed the warm eggs). Wonderful quiet surrounding neighbourhood with good restaurants nearby. The views from the area are great!"

"Very nice room located very close to the center, stores and restaurants. The room had a nice balcony. Staff were super helpful guiding us with bus routes and arranging taxi to the airport. Breakfast was good. In the evening, they provide many items (plates, cutlery, tea, etc.) for eating food down by the lobby."

"Good option to save on a stay in Puerto Varas. It's an older hotel, the room had a comfortable bed and a very good shower. Heating is good. They serve a complimentary afternoon tea which is only that, tea and some biscuits, but very nice to warm you up. Breakfast is good with a nice selection. Although this hotel is not by the lake, it's not very far from it either -- good if you are travelling by car. Parking is limited and you must leave the keys with the staff."

"Free tea is served from 18:00 - 22:00. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable, Windows can be opened. The staff was nice and very helpful. There are only limited parking lots on the hotel ground (you may have to leave your key, so they can change parking positions). But direct in front of the hotel you find about 5 public parking lots, so there is a good chance to get one. Would stay there again."
