"1. The welcoming lady Cintia was very friendly. 2. The room on its own was very clean and well equipped for sleeping. 3. Good parking area beside the sleeping room."
"1. THE ADVERTISED PHOTOS DO NOT CORRESPOND TO THE ACTUAL STATE OF THE PROPERTY THESE DAYS !! All the area around the house is now in a half- forgotten neglected state, with ALL garden furniture being dusty from the old days, rusty and beaten by mold. Totally unusable now. Also, all corners of the garden area have been severely unattended for a long time as the eyesight catches lots of weeds, the half rotten wood logs and stumps scattered around, the many old leaves and wood sticks covering the grass, and no fresh flowers or ornamentals. I rarely take pics of where I stay, but here I felt it would be fair to prove my review with as many pics as possible. 2. The internet connection was missing all the time during our stay, first after the local electricity cutoff for about 10 hours and after the light was restored, the service lady did nothing to make sure the internet would be available again for us (she deliberately offered us a small discount for that though). 3. The bedroom turned out to be noisy from the street at night - every hour or so an ambulance or police car went by the street adjacent to the property with the sound signal on , and the bedroom has lots of thin windows , so the soundproofing leaves much to be desired. Just for those who sleep not so profoundly deaf. 4. The property is located quite far from any decent restaurants. By car, it is a minor issue (15 minutes by car each way), but without the car, you are confined with a choice of a few local places that serve argueable dishes following the abrupted opening hours they and the locals are the only ones to know. 5. The breakfast was quite poor both in assortment and in food quality (the fried eggs smelled and tasted of rot and betrayed old eggs, the bread was fresh , but not tasty, only instant coffee was offered."
