"Lucy is such a wonderful host! Beautifully and comfortably appointed hotel with a delicious homemade breakfast in the morning. Staying at Casa Lucy felt like being home. Could not recommend more!"

"Quiet location, but only a short walk from town centre. The owner and her husband were very attentive and pleasant. The room was large and bed comfortable, with powerful showers. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and lovely scrambled eggs"

"Room was immaculate and the owner could not have been more accommodating. It was a bit of a walk from the center of town, but it gave us the chance to see some of the Puerto Natales neighborhoods that we would have otherwise not seen. This room far exceeded my expectations for how large and how tastefully decorated it was. Also, it had a great shower"

"This is a lovely hotel, just ten minutes walk from the sea front. The owner has the heating on full, which is welcome as it's freezing outside, even in November. The breakfast is excellent and I really cannot fault the hotel. The room is a decent size with a comfy bed. There isn't a kettle in the room, which isn't uncommon in Chile, but would be a nice addition. Great value for money and a great place to stay."
