"This is a studio in an apartment complex. Collecting the keys was straightforward as the apartment complex has a concierge, with whom the host may leave the key with for you to pick up when you arrive.
The studio was small but not cramped. We had a very comfortable time here for 4 nights. The bed mattress was firm. The kitchenette is sufficient to prepare simple meals. The shower worked well too. No complaints with the wifi as well.
While the view from the studio on the 16th floor is blocked by other apartment buildings, we could actually see the sunset from the room, which was really lovely.
The location of the apartment is very central and it was relatively easy to walk around - 400m to the La Moneda metro station, and about 1.5km to Plaza de Armas. There are also a couple of supermarkets within walking distance, e.g. Santa Isabel three blocks away."
