Generally kacking attention with no hot water in the dispenser, some of the jam pots virtually empty and the staff moving and rearranging furniture around us were a bit disappointing"

"Room was cosy with comfortable bed, and even though you're on the main road, there's barely any noise. The reception staff were very friendly, I got a complimentary chocolate on my birthday which was such a lovely gesture."

"There was cigarette smell coming from somewhere near our window so we couldn't open it at times. There is also meant to be a bar discount for hotel guests but the bar staff didn't apply it most of the time, including when we charged it to our room."

"We had a superior room and it was a good size for two people with a comfortable bed. The room was nicely decorated and clean."

"The sockets were for slim European adapters so the standard round ones didn't fit. There was only one we could use, which was a bit problematic. The mini fridge was on and it was producing lots of heat, like a radiator, but it was not even cold inside. It was getting so hot that we had to open the window"

"In the standard bedrooms there is no shower you can stand under. It is a bath with low shower attachment."
