"โรงแรมใกล้สถานีรถไฟ และหน้าโรงแรมมีสถานี Tram จอดอยู่ สามารถลงรถไฟ Basel SBB และต่อมาที่สถานี Tram หน้าโรงแรมได้ หรือลากกระเป๋าก็พอได้ และยังอยู่ใกล้กับ Old town ที่เป็นสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวอีกด้วย"

"Spacious room with comfortable bed. Clean and good quality towels. Restaurant on site was good and breakfast was an above average spread. Good location for trams to most places, 10 mins walk to centre of old town, 10 mins walk to Basel SBB."
"Difficult to connect to internet. Once connected, it worked well. Small compact bathroom. No coffee machine, only kettle in room. Was allocated the wrong room which we were able to rectify."

"Location perfect, short walk to the station but also near the old town, easy walk to see a lot of Basel city's historic buildings, and to restaurants. Room was large, comfortable and well equipped - coffee machine, tea, hot chocolate. Even including one non-swiss power point for those without a Swiss adaptor. The pool was lovely, and the gym was a large and well equipped with weights and cardio gear. Staff were friendly and helpful. The free Basel card is a nice touch, wish we were staying longer to take advantage of the discounts and public transport card."
"We were a bit disappointed that the sauna was closed on the one day we were there. Also, one pretty creaky bed meant a somewhat disturbed sleep."
