"Wonderful location right on the lake, stunning views from the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Dinner in the main steakhouse restaurant is achingly expensive (though probably not for the wealthy locals), but fabulous. Ten minute walk from train station."

"Information was lacking on hotel facilities (there may have been a folder in the room, but I couldn't find it). I didn't want to go back out into the pouring rain, so ate in the searingly expensive restaurant - didn't realise until afterward that the two (more realistically priced) restaurants next door also belong to the same hotel, and I could have accessed at least one of them without going out in the rain. Ah well, it was a treat that I (and my wallet) will remember for a long time!"

"It was a trip down memory lane, as I visited Kussnacht many times as a child, 70+ years ago. The hotel was conveniently located on the edge of the little town, with free parking, a spacious and comfortable room, excellent facilities, a good buffet breakfast [included], and helpful stall. "We had a warm welcome to the beautiful hotel. There was a special, calm and relaxing atmosphere in the place, perfectly located right by the train station and close to the lake. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was good as well as the dinner in the hotel restaurant. All staff was extremely helpful and friendly to us and our dog. The garden where we dined was super lovely. We loved our stay!"
