"Beautifully designed with top-quality finishes and great attention to detail. The room was spotless and cozy. Every element felt premium, from the comfortable bed to the stylish decor. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious, made with local ingredients and it has completed our perfect stay ♡"

"The room was gorgeous, spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything is new and furnished with great taste. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, the staff is very kind and attentive. I also ate at the restaurant one evening, the food was excellent and the atmosphere very cozy. Great place to explore the Zermatt area."

"Beautiful boutique hotel in the center, close to the ski lift (5 minute walk). Brand new rooms with quality furniture, comfy bed, nice sheets. Shower has good water pressure which is nice after a day of skiing. Windows are well insulated so the noise from the bars did not bother us at all."

Hôtel très bien centré dans le village avec restaurant et bar au sein de l'hôtel. Petit-déjeuner bien copieux et pas d'heure de fin si grasse matinée. Le top. A conseiller fortement !!!"

"Från att komma körandes från Italien och bott där i 2 veckor med deras hårda små sängar var vi i himmelriket när vi fick äntligen sova gott i sköna stora sängar hos er. Rent och fräscht. Trevlig personal. Jätte god frukost med hemmalagad marmelad och granola. Återkommer!"

"We stayed 6 nights. It's suitable for travellers without mobility issues as location is up hill with lots of stairs to climb. We received a 10% discount voucher for Migros grocery. We got all we need available in the kitchen."

"The appartment was excellent, very neat, clean and comfortable with an amazing view. Approximately 5 minutes walking distance to Matterhorn Express. Kitchen contained all you need for a budget stay to make a dinner or breakfast, like pots, pans, toaster, even fondue pot! For european travelers- ''EU to Swiss'' adapter was there as well, which was a very nice surprise since I forgot to take mine. I had flat exactly as pictured on booking.com and the sofa has hidden bed in case you want to invite friends for a day. Bedding was very warm - perfect after long day outside. I don't understand previous not so good opinions. It is true that occasionally internet was crashing, but let's admit, you don't come to Zermatt to watch Netflix."
