"อาหารเช้าหลากหลายอร่อยมาก สถานที่ทานอาหารเช้ามองออกไปเห็นวิวภูเขาสวยมาก ห้องพักวิวภูเขาก็สวยมาก ที่พักมีที่จอดรถฟรี การเดินทางไป Grindelwald first สามารถเดินไปจากที่พักได้ไม่ไกล"

"I don’t know why people give negative review. This is an amazing hotel. Location is great. Hotel very clean, bed is cozy. Staffs very good. Breakfast was fantabulous! Love it so much!"

"We had an Eiger view superior room and the views were magnificent. I could have spent hours sat on the balcony watching the view constantly change as the light and cloud varied over the day. Breakfast was very good, the staff were very friendly, and the shower was ok. Our room was spacious, the bedding was clean and the bed comfortable"

"The hotel is very tired and badly in need of a refurb. The walls are thin. But we have no regrets in having stayed there"

"Excellent service! The hotel staff were professional, welcoming, and very friendly. A big plus was their proficiency in English, which made everything much smoother. I loved how lovely and spotless the rooms were. Even though they were quite compact, they were cleverly designed and very functional, proving that you don't need a huge space to feel right at home. For example, when it suddenly started snowing after a sunny day, the staff provided every room with waterproof shoe mats, which was a very thoughtful and practical touch."
